Speech Pathology in Intensive Care
Date: Saturday 13/1/2026 9am-4pm
This is a foundation level course with a focus on the knowledge, practical skills and clinical reasoning to manage the acute presentation of the dizzy patient. This would be applicable from the complete beginner through to those with some experience who wish to build on their skills.
This course would be appropriate for those working in areas such as the Emergency Department, an Acute General Medicine Unit or a Neurosciences or Trauma Unit, including new graduates and grade 1s. This course would also provide valuable skills for physiotherapists working in a generalist role.
Please note - This is NOT a Vestibular Rehabilitation Course. The focus of this course is the decision making and management in the acute presentation.
